You book your cabin and then you wait. You wait. And then you wait some more.
What seems like an eternity, finally ends in what some people call the “best week of their year”. The Monsters Of Rock Cruise.
Before the main event gets started, there’s alway the Party that kicks everything off. The Monsters of Rock Cruise Pre-Party.
Kicking it all off, the most bad ass DJ that any of us know. Metal DJ Will!
This year’s lineup included Soto/Bieler, Wildstreet, Ted Poley, The Cruel Intentions and what was billed as an All-Star Jam.
I was “working” the door trapping people’s arm hair in their pre-party bracelets, so unfortunately missed what I heard was a wonderful and humor filled (shocker) show from Jeff Scott Soto and Jason Bieler.
So instead of Soto/Bieler pics, you get James.
Wildstreet
I did walk in just as Wildstreet were kicking off their set.

Ted Poley
Captain Ted was up next and got the crowd singing along with his double barreled Danger Danger Songs, including Bang Bang and Naughty Naughty.
The Cruel Intentions
Next there was a Swedish Invasion from The Cruel Intentions.
All-Star Jam
What was billed as an All-Star Jam should have billed as an occasional-star jam. It kicked off with Little Ozzy, followed by teen sensation, Kobi Reese. After that we had “Glam” from Wig Wam bust through some Deep Purple.
And after that we had THE star of the Jam, Sebastian Bach run through some Skid Row classics. (I departed after that to make sure that you had the opportunity to get your coverage, BEFORE YOUR EARS STOPPED RINGING!)
