It happened…Ozzfest met Knotfest and the results were explosive!
All types of metal and rock were represented and every band that played donated their body weight in sweat to every performance. Not hard to do when the daily temperature averaged 97 degrees and the wind speed averaged at around 10 mph.
But nothing deterred the crowds from coming to see their favorite bands and to bid adieu to The Godfathers of Heavy Metal, Black Sabbath!

The varying styles of music were no where more apparent than on the main stage. On night one Rival Sons, Black Label Society, Opeth, Megadeth and Disturbed paved the way for Ozzy, Tony, Geezer and Tommy.
