Sebastian Bach – Holy Diver – Sacramento, CA – 6/9/18

A warm evening in Midtown Sacramento on a Saturday night and the Holy Diver, off of 21st Street was the place to be. Anticipation was high as a sold out crowd of about 200 people on the second floor of the venue awaited the arrival of Sebastian Bach and his band to grace the stage.

The band consists of ex-Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach, guitarist Brent Woods (Wildside/ex-Vince Neil band), bassist Rob De Luca (UFO/SPREAD EAGLE), & drummer Bobby Jarzombek (Halford/Fates Warning/Iced Earth).

It was 10:15pm and the band was ready to rock the house as they made their way through the crowd to get to the stage. Everyone was pumped as the Sebastian Bach band opened with “Slave To The Grind“. Songs tonight would include Skid Row classics such as “18 & Life,” “I Remember You,” “The Threat,” “Piece of Me,” “Monkey Business”, “Youth Gone Wild,” and the solo Bach songs, “Dance On Your Grave” and “American Metalhead.”

During “Monkey Business“, due to the venue’s namesake the band jammed the classic Dio tune, “Holy Diver“. And for the encore, due to the fact there were a bunch of youngsters at the front of the stage, during “Youth Gone Wild“, Sebastian handed off the mic to them to let them shout out the chorus.

If you haven’t seen Sebastian Bach LIVE, I highly recommend that you do! You will not be disappointed!
