Over the past few months as we have slowly crept our way back into “normal”, I have been lucky enough to cover a few shows at the beautiful Pala Casino Spa and Hotel in Pala, Ca.
They have been running their Super Stars in Concert Series for a couple of months now which features some of the finest Tribute Bands in Southern California.
I know we have all been aching for some real live music, fun and entertainment and Pala Casino has really brought it forward for us. The ticket prices are very affordable, anywhere from ten to twenty dollars each, the parking is free, and venue is super nice!
Social Distancing is a priority and Masks are a must but once you are inside and music starts, you are propelled back to a time when “Pandemic” was just the name of a local metal band.
Some of the tributes that have recently graced the Pala Entertainment Center stage have Wowed the fans to their feet!

Stevie Nicks Illusions, a fantastic tribute to Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac. The costumes, the talent and the sound are matched to those they pay tribute to and then some. Playing some of the most iconic songs from Stevie Nicks like Edge of Seventeen and Stand Back, mixing that in with the forever popular hits of Fleetwood Mac such as Go Your Own Way, Rhiannon and of course Dreams.

Strangelove
Strangelove – The Depeche Mode Experience are the FULL Depeche Mode Experience. The closest you can get to the real thing! Matching the iconic sound, imagery and vocals of David Gahan, Martin Gore and the Depeche Mode band is not easy to do but Strangelove has nailed it – spot on!
Playing all of the fan favorites such as Personal Jesus, People are People and Policy of Truth they also dig deep into the DM collection really touching on all aspects of the bands recording.

The Long Run – Experience The Eagles are such a fun band to see! The is a group of seasoned and very talented musicians that love the music of The Eagles, love what they do and are dedicated to bringing you the full Eagles concert experience! The list of songs they cover is extensive and is varies from show to show which keeps it fresh and new. You’ll sing along to songs such as Take It Easy, Take it to the Limit, Lyin’ Eyes, One of these Nights and of course the one we all want to hear Hotel California.
